By placing an order through vapepie-au.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions of Sale. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility

Vapepie products are intended for adults only.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age required to purchase vape-related products in your state or territory.
• You are legally permitted to purchase, possess, receive, and use vape-related products under applicable Australian laws.
• You agree to comply with all applicable Commonwealth, State, and Territory laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we reasonably believe these requirements are not satisfied.

2. Order Acceptance & Processing

All orders are subject to verification and acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

4. Australian Warehouse Shipping Policy

To provide faster delivery throughout Australia, Vapepie operates multiple Australian fulfilment warehouses.

Our current warehouse network includes locations in:

• Sydney Warehouse
• Melbourne Warehouse

Orders are generally dispatched from the warehouse closest to your delivery address or from the warehouse where stock is available.

Please note:

• Different products may be stocked in different warehouses.
• Purchasing products from multiple warehouse locations in the same order may require split fulfilment.
• Split fulfilment may increase processing time and handling costs.
• For faster delivery, we recommend ordering products from the same warehouse whenever possible.
• If inventory becomes unavailable, we may fulfil your order from another Australian warehouse without affecting your warranty or product authenticity.

Warehouse allocation is determined by inventory availability and operational requirements.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only.

Most Australian orders are delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on your location and warehouse availability.

Delivery times may be affected by:

• Courier delays;
• Public holidays;
• Severe weather;
• Logistics disruptions;
• Inventory transfers;
• Regional delivery limitations.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that vape-related products may legally be purchased and received within their jurisdiction.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel or modify an order before it has entered our fulfilment process.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it may no longer be possible to:

• Cancel the order;
• Change products;
• Modify the shipping address;
• Combine multiple orders.

While we will make every reasonable effort to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return Policy.

Due to hygiene and product safety requirements, opened or used vape products cannot be returned unless they are:

• Defective;
• Damaged during delivery; or
• Incorrectly supplied.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product experiences a major failure, customers may be entitled to a replacement or refund.

Where a failure is minor, customers may be entitled to have the product repaired or replaced within a reasonable time.

Any rights provided under these Terms are in addition to your statutory rights under Australian law.

9. Taxes & Fees

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on vapepie-au.com include applicable taxes and fees.

Orders shipped within Australia generally do not require customers to pay additional taxes or import duties upon delivery.

In exceptional circumstances involving government inspections or regulatory requirements, additional charges may be payable by the customer.

10. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and ownership of the products pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier to the delivery address provided at checkout.

If a parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first:

• Check around the delivery location;
• Contact household members or neighbours;
• Contact the shipping carrier.

We will assist with reasonable investigations where possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement for losses occurring after confirmed delivery, except where required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vapepie Australia is not responsible for delays or losses arising from:

• Shipping carriers;
• Government or regulatory actions;
• Customs or quarantine inspections;
• Force majeure events;
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Except where prohibited by law, Vapepie Australia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of HK.
